We had a terrible looking front yard with very spotty or no grass mostly due to the shade of the trees and that they were sitting in a bed of ivy that took up most of the front yard.

Ms Smiley came over, gave us a quote with 5 options to choose from.  She was very professional and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done.   

In a few days William was doing the work.  He did a great job tilling and leveling the yard, putting down fertilizer, grass seed, and wheat straw.  Ms Smiley has been following up and even sent us our homework instructions for watering.

We are looking forward to 3 weeks from now when William comes back to rake up the straw and expose our new beautiful new lawn.
